James 3:8 Controlling your tongue

James 3:8

"but no one can tame the tongue. It is restless and evil, full of deadly poison."

Without faith it is impossible to please him

Heb 11:6

"But without faith it is impossible to please Him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him."
KJV

The faith to believe what is unseen. When it talks about pleasing him I have neglected seeking his face. I am a person without a God, but God continually tries to get my attention. My job was taken away. My income to provide for my family was taken. Yet, all this, I failed to see Him. I honestly try to avoid God, yet he tries to get my attention through the people who I care about me.

So, I must continue to seek his face. No matter the circumstances. Remember, always be in prayer.
