What does it mean to be a mentor

Proverbs 27:17 Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another. Today at my local church at http://www.isschristian.org , I showed a young man how to take responsibility when technology doesn't want to operate the way its suppose to. I also want to thank another man who I will call Jacob for voicing his concerns with technology issues and Raymond for his leadership advice to just "Fix the screen Fredo". I wanted to reflect on how to be a mentor or coach. Let's see if I can try to explain it in video form soon:
